Guidelines for Registering for the Yes!Hotels Blackpool Brochure

The database is primarily going to be used for the online brochure - we will also be able to display the entries in a directory.

Entry within the directory AND online brochure is FREE for all Yes!Hotels members.

It will be extra exposure for the members

To save us valuable time (remember this is a free service) we need to ask you to submit your data. We already have some data but not enough for this project. If you want to be included then you will need to submit your data through the registration form.

There are some guidelines we need to impose to save us time:-

Select Property Type - You are either a hotel, guesthouse, self-catering or other. You can select only one option.
Property Name - Please type in the name of your property using Capital letters for the First Letter only - ie: My Splendid Hotel
Property Address - Please type in your address WITHOUT PUNCTUATION using Capital letters for the First Letter Only - ie: 2576 St Chads Road
Town - Capital Letter for the First Letter Only - ie Blackpool
Post Code - in this exact format only please:- FY1 1AA ie: Capital Letter,Capital Letter,Number, space, Number,Capital Letter,Capital Letter,
Telephone - in this exact format only please:- 01253 123456
Email address - all lower case please
Web address - all lower case please ie: http://www.yeshotels.org.uk
150 Word description - this one is VERY IMPORTANT. Please DO NOT use all capital letters. We have not got time to re-type it. Please use good grammar. Please run it through a spell checker first. (if you don't have a spell checker then please ask your partner to check for typo's). We require a minimum of 70 words and a maximum of 150 words Any description longer than 150 words wil be truncated.
Insert Image - the image MUST be in landscape format (that means the width is longer than the length). If you do not know how to submit an image then you can still proceed and send the form to us BUT you must email us a picture. Please do not ask us to "Grab a picture off my website". We havn't got time to do that. Help us to help you.
Facilities - please tick every box which pertains to your business

Sorry - if your submission does not follow the guidelines then we will reject it. We'll send you an email asking you to refer to this page. If we have time we'll be specific and ask you to try again.

IMAGE SUBMISSION:- if you do not attach your image into the form then please email it immediately after you have submitted the form. If we have not received your image 3 hours after receiving the details via the registration form then we will reject the submission. People....PLEASE HELP US TO HELP YOU

Members please note: This is another FREE service we are offering you. We don't have the time or resources to enter the details for you. We need to keep it neat and tidy so it looks professional - thats why we'll be strict about you following the guidelines.

Accommodation providers can join today for £29.95 pa plus assessment. (Note:- Assessment is not required if another approved body like VisitBritain or the AA accreditation has been valid at anytime during the same calendar year)

The accommodation for Yes Hotel membership must pass an assessment by an experienced former professional hotelier if they have no current approval from another accreditation service. This costs only £29.95 and if your hotel is clean, comfortable and friendly and meets all the appropriate legislation there is no reason why it should not be accepted!
