Members’ Social Group Newsletter

I hope this Newsletter finds you all well and more to the point busy!

This first newsletter is to gain an idea of how many Yes Hotels members would welcome a social group. Due to privacy legislation I am forwarding this email to Mark to pass on to all members. If you like the idea and would like to be a part of it could you please forward me your email address to info@newderinahotel.co.uk and I can collate a Social Group Members list.

The initial idea behind the group is to arrange different nights where we can get together and be able to ‘let our hair down’ with like minded hard working people in the same trade. Due to the erratic nature of our business we fully realise that not all members will be free at any one time, however, if there are a number of events each year and we can all attend some of them it will be a bonus. The main goal we are striving for is to arrange a Christmas Ball in early December. There are a number of ideas of nights we could organise but it would be great if we could have input from any of you who want to take part with any ideas you may have. The things we have initially thought of are quiz nights, themed dinners, medium nights, in fact I am sure with your help the list would be endless. We would probably book the events for a Wednesday night which is hopefully more convenient to everybody than the weekend.

Once we have an idea of the number of members interested in this I can organise the first event which will be a general get together with a disco / karaoke (if there are any budding Elvis’s out there!!) and a buffet.
