Members are now invited to submit their details for inclusion into the online brochure. We expect this will be a popular download and all members are encouraged to supply their details for entry.
Your entry is FREE.
BUT…we need your help. We require that you follow an exact format so that our time in compiling it is kept to a minimum. We have already invested a LOT of time in compiling the script that will make the brochure and we simply have not got the resources to enter YOUR DETAILS for you.
So…if you want to be included (and why wouldnt you) then please closely follow the guidelines to save you, and us, valuable time. Invalid entries, unfortunately, wil be rejected.
The first brochure will be compiled on 1st July. Cut off date to be included in this is 30th June. We will be compiling the brochure every 2 months so if you miss this deadline you’ll have to wait until 1st September to be included.
If you find online forms daunting then PLEASE ask a family member or friend to help you. If all else fails then we can do it for you but we do charge a £15 admin charge.
What is it? We have had a few requests for brochures. This will be a pdf file which the viewer can download which will carry details of, hopefully all, of our members. The file will also have details of money saving offers from local restaurants and attractions. If the viewer follows our directions it will be installed on their desktop and possibly be a frequent source of information for choosing their accommodation in Blackpool. It’s free – so get yourself in it!
All entries will be randomly generated and we will compile it every two months so no one member will always be on the top. A duplicated version will also be online in the form of a directory within the Yes!Hotels framework and this will offer a useful alternative to those who do not wish to pay for entry within http://www.blackpoolhotels.org
Your listing will carry all your contact details, a picture (which MUST be in landscape format by the way), 150 word description and an iconic list of facilities you offer.
Please remember this is a FREE SERVICE. We simply havn’t got the time to retype entries because they were submitted in CAPITALS, or to fix hundreds of typo’s so your assistance in following the guidelines is greatly appreciated.

We do realise many members do not feel comfortable with computers and form filling so please do ask a friend or family member to help you and remember, we can do it for you but need to charge for our time. We’d REALLY prefer if you did it yourself though.
